LIGHTENING THE LOAD

There comes a time for each of us when we find ourselves bent low with the weight of life’s burdens. It may be spiritual conflicts one after another until, in desperation, we cry out to God for relief. Believing we cannot take another crisis, we become consumed with fear when that relief is not forthcoming. Isn’t it marvelous that God knows exactly how much we can bear, and never lets us be tried beyond what we can handle. But maybe you may be saying, “But, God already gave me more that I can bear!” My friend, it may seem that way now, but God has provided a way for us to lighten your load. I can attest to this because with all the burdens I had in my life God provided everything I need to make it more easy. God tells us to give Him those burdens, the concerns that weigh us down, because He knows that they are too much for us to bear: Cast your burden upon the Lord (releasing the weight of it) and He will sustain you; He will never allow the (consistently) righteous to be moved – made to slip, fall or fail. God carries all the weight. He lightens the load just let him know that YOU cannot handle it. We may still have problems, but he will show new ways to handle or solve it, or gently change the situation to relieve the pressure. However God chooses to do it. BE ASSURED THAT BURDENS GIVEN TO JESUS will lighten our LOAD no matter how heavy it is...BE BLESSED ALWAYS...

MY FIRST DAY ON MY CLASS

On my last post I mentioned my plan going back to school... I already started my online class last Tuesday. First, I am excited to meet all my classmates and instructor. We are 13 in the class and everybody is taking master in accountancy. The first day was struggle for me; especially I do my school assignments at night only because of my work. Most of my classmate is newly graduate from their bachelor degree. However, I am not the oldest in my class; one of my classmates is 56 years old already. Actually, he is Japanese who manage his own business here in the US. The picture above was my first text book on my first subject. I hope that I will be an A student. LOL.

HARD PLACES

Long time ago I came to my friend , crying desperately, saying that my present situation was more than I could endure. I had been put in a hard place and wanted an immediate way of escape. STILL AWAKE

It is early morning and I am still awake. By the way, I just came home from my part time job. I worked from 5:00pm to 5:00am. MIRROR PERFECT

I'M BACK TO SCHOOL

After few weeks of being busy preparing, calling, sending emails to my school back home where I graduated finally I submitted all the necessary documents for my online school. I was so glad because I save a hundred dollar for taking the English proficiency test. I am so excited but nervous, finally I was able to pursue my education in a higher level. I am taking Masteral Degree in Accountancy. I hope that I will cope up all well and graduate with excellence...LOL... By the way, thanks to my friend who encourage me to go back to school.

HEALTH IS WEALTH

Having health insurance here in the US is very important especially this time of economy crisis. We heard from many folks who do not have any health insurance how hard the life can be. I am so glad and thankful that after working for almost four months, they included me in classified employee and one of the benefits I got is my health insurance. I SAW THE LORD

How often in the time of loss or sorrow we see only the dark clouds of despair, when, if we but lift up our eyes, we could see the glory of the Lord instead – high and lifted up: The year King Uzziah died I saw the Lord! In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the LORD sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. (Isaiah 6:1 kjv) Like Isaiah, our lives could be transformed and enriched by the vision – a vision born of stark disappointment. It is so like the Lord to take a devastating situation in our lives and turn it around for our good when we turn our eyes toward Him. He gives us His own presence to fill the void, and dries our tears with His sweet joy. It may be that the removal of a person or a thing that we have become dependent upon is designed to draw our loving attention to that One upon Whom we should depend and upon Whom our eyes should be fixed. Look to God during a time of loss, and like Isaiah, look up and see Him in His rightful place – high and lifted up in His full glory, a God of love and everlasting mercy. His judgments are righteous. His care is tender. Rise up, dear one, from your place of despair to heights of new trust and faith in Him Who will not fail us.

FRIEND OF FRIENDLESS

I am often reminded of the words to the song that go: “What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear...” There are times in life when each of us has felt quite friendless, and this song is a precious reminder that when we feel abandoned by the friendship of others. Jesus is always our Friend, no matter what. One time my friend asked me why the Lord is so real and so close to me. I really don’t know how to answer that because I cannot remember not knowing Him and not having the experience of having the Lord to call on, just as you would call on a good friend. Sometimes I feel so down, so depressed and feel so much anger in the middle of the night.. some human friends are sleeping already and I can't talk to them. To whom I ran to... only to Jesus he is always awake to hear me, to hear my cries, to listen to everything I said. I don’t know how to define in words how very real and close He is to me. If He were standing by my side in person, He couldn’t be any more real to me than He already is. I feel His presence. He is my Friend in day and night, in richer and poorer, in happiness and sadness. Sometimes I don't deserve to be his friend, his child but he never ignored me. When people can’t be trusted, when people disappoint us, Jesus is there ready to be a Friend to us. His friendship is like no other. His is a friendship wrought in blood, a friendship that can never fail. Yes, Jesus wants to be more real to us than any human friend will ever be. You see, He laid down His life for us, and He calls us ,FRIEND.......I AM SO GLAD HE IS MY FRIEND.....

ENJOYING THE WEEKEND

How are your weekend folks? I hope everything good and ready for the coming week. If you will ask about me, I enjoyed my week from work I have a very good week. I got some incentive from the job worth of $40 dollars coupons so I bought some bathroom stuff for almost free using my coupons. Today I had a blast lunch also with my girlfriends. They came over with some Filipino dish and after we enjoyed are lunch we just sat down and had some chitchat... In our get together, we always bring our laptops and each of us is surfing the net while enjoying the conversation. M just found out a site where you can buy different custom t-shirts, poster and even art. We spent some time browsing and checking the site and it is cool. This is very timing because I need some poster for my online studies and D also need some stuff for the coming birthday of her grandmother. We really enjoyed the day and we almost forgot the time. Until D realized that, she needs to go because her hubby is waiting. They go with the leftover food and hopefully we can make another bonding in the next two weeks.

NEVER ALONE

There are times in this modern society full of busyness and rush when, in spite of the crowds that may press in around us, we are gripped with the terrible pain of loneliness. It seems ludicrous and contradictory to exist in the midst of masses of people and yet feel so alone. But, this is a sad fact of our times. Invisible walls are erected as people struggle through life trying to avoid any additional commitment or responsibility which would tax their already over-taxed schedules and their over-extended emotional and physical resources. Many times, wrapped in self-pity, we fail to appreciate the One Who draws near and always goes with us. It is through the knowledge of His everlasting presence that we can transform the insecurity of loneliness into the security of aloneness with God. Pour out our loneliness to this Friend Who is closer than a brother. And for sure we will find that Jesus will share Himself with us in a new and deeper relationship. The captivity of loneliness will be overcome, and we will experience a new joy in His fellowship and companionship as our personal friend. With our finite minds it is hard to comprehend that there is a Friend Whose love is infinite – Whose love cannot be earned. How then can we measure this love without price? And here is how to measure it:

"Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends."

(John 15:13, KJV).

PAIN TO PROMISE

James confidently said, "My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations; Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. (James 1:2-3 kjv) How is it possible to consider joy in the midst of piercing pain, physical or emotional? Often, during a time of pain, we begin to question God. Pain sorely tries our trust in His ability to turn its ugliness into anything worthy of His glory. How then can pain bring the endurance James talks about? How do we find our faith when our vision of God is so blurred by the onslaught of pain? James had the direction of God when he wrote his words. They are not mere expectations, but divine promises. Yes, the pain that we are suffering now can be a cause for joy. It is God’s unfailing promise that your trials will produce endurance, strength, and ultimately for our perfection. Even Jesus, in the pain of the cross, felt abandoned by His Heavenly Father. Jesus, the sacred Son of God, could have called ten thousand angels for His rescue, yet He committed Himself to His Father’s will unto death. His reward was the joy of resurrection. Our promise is that same deliverance. Hold fast and receive joy in the midst of our trial, remembering that joy will turn our pain into the promise of our victory!...

FAMILY TIES

The term “family” evokes a different image to each of us. Those of us who are blessed with a host of blood relatives, or one related by marriage, might picture two or three generations linked together in a special web of loyalty and love. Others who have few close relatives, or no living relatives at all, may have an extended family of neighbors and friends who act as a network of loving support. Any of these “family” relationships is a special gift from God. However, there is no greater blessing from God than this: that He made us, as His children, a part of His family. But we should behave like God’s very own children, adopted into the bosom of his family, and calling to him,

"For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

Romans 8:15-16(kjv).

Because of today’s mobile society, we may feel we are without family and friends but as a part of God’s family, we have family wherever we go. Rest in the knowledge that in Him we live in a relationship of family to the body of Christ. This is an eternal family bound together by the blood of Jesus that goes far beyond the natural ties to our families. We are linked together by the all-encompassing bond of God’s love...GOD BLESS US ALL... my brethren...
