1. Drink plenty of water.

3. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

4. Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.

5. Make time to practice meditation, prayer.

6. Play more games.

7. Read more books than you did in 2008.

8. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

9. Sleep for 7 hours.10. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.

Personality:

11. Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.

12. Don't have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

13. Don't over do. Keep your limits.

14. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

WHAT WILL I DO?

As I mention to my oldest post I had more than one job interviews last week here in NYC. Until now, I am still waiting for the result of that job interview. The interviewer said that I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to find out the result if I am qualified for my second interview. However, my problem is my husband is planning to go back to Michigan this coming Saturday. He told me that I have to stay with my in-laws for a while because we do not know if some employer will call to have the second interview. I am so confused now. I know this kind of recession I need to have job. However, I do not know if I will survive alone without my husband. We argue already about the plan, I told my husband I want to go back to Michigan with him no matter what. But he insist that how I will find job if I always with him especially in Michigan it is hard to find job if you do not know how to drive. Here in NYC public transportation is very easy. Ohhhhh... I don’t know what to do.
