Yes, it's electronic.  Today at work we are talking about smoking and of course among the group I am the only one who don't smoke.  My close friend at work is talking about this electric cigarette and she mentioned that it feel like you really smoking with real cigarette but there are few advantage about this electronic cigarette that you can    have different flavors. UNDER HIS WINGS

 

How many nights we have been unable to sleep because of the "traffic" in our head? As one girl put it, "The minute I lie down, the craziest thoughts start spinning around. Some don't even make sense. Like at two this morning, I was awake worrying about who to invite to my birthday party three months from now! How can I stop this mind traffic and get a good night's sleep?

We desire that all the distracting traffic in our head be stopped, not just tonight, but every night. Have we ever seen a chicken sleep with its head tucked serenely under its wing? Imagine sleeping in a position like that...with our mind at peace, tucked safely under the protection of Christ's wings! God wants us to have that same unruffled serenity every time we lie down.

The Psalmist David had this in mind when he said, "the children of men put their trust under the shadow of Your wings...You have been a shelter for me, And a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in Your tabernacle forever; I will trust in the shelter of Your wings" (Psalms 36:7, 61:3-4, NKJV).

Know every that this peace and shelter that David talks about is available to us... mentally, emotionally and spiritually as  rest securely in the shelter of Christ's arms and release all cares, concerns and anxieties to Him. He will carry them for us, while we rest in peace.

ELECTION DAY.

Today at work everybody are talking about election.   Everyone has their own reasons, opinion why they choose their presidential candidates.  Of course I am in one corner listening to them.  I hope whoever win these election , they will do what they promise to the people to make America a successful once again like before.. Goodluck to all of US....

MY ADVANCE CHRISTMAS GIFT

 Today I am so happy to because received my advance christmas gift on the mail.. A bundles of Fuji film camera.   I know it is a little bit late for the peak season of falling leaves but still I am happy one for of my wish list came true.... LOL.. Now i have send my old digicam to my sister back home..... Thank you baby for the GIFT....

 

COME TO CONFRONTATION



In each of our lives, there are specific times which we refers to as "turning points." At times they are accompanied by very little sleep. Why? Because in our personal war against Satan's forces, we and the enemy have come to a showdown. In other words, some aspect of our life has "come to a confrontation."
Every great war has had a specific turning point which determined which side would eventually win. Some generals called this "the decisive moment," after which the war was literally turned around! Why? The apparent underdog made a determination to stand up and go on the offensive! No longer did it maintain a defensive position. It fought!
Is something in our life coming to a decision sometime? Have we reached our turning point yet? Do we want, once and for all, to turn the war in this area of our life around? Yes we can! And God will help. As David said:

"He teaches my hands to make war...I have pursued my enemies and overtaken them; Neither did I turn back again till they were destroyed. For You have armed me with strength for the battle" (Psalm 18:34, 37, 39, NKJV).

Declare war on Satan  and take a new stand. Decide to let God arm us with all the power we need to offensively pursue the enemy of our soul and to win this battle once and for all!

MOBILITY WORKS

Do you have any problems to take your love one who are handicapped for vacation or just to enjoy the warm weather watching sunset in the beach? Or any where like restaurants, and other places where they can relax and feel fresh air.  I remember when we visited my friend's mother who is in nursing home and we wanted her to take to a restaurant for her birthday. It is very hard to put her in wheelchair in a small car.  Now there no problem at all after how easy to how this handicap vans works. Now my friend has an easy day everytime she take her mother out of the nursing home. So folks if u have love ones who are in nursing home facility don't forget to give them freedom to enjoy life outside the facility.

I WANT TO GO BACK AGAIN

Almost a months I don't have much time to update this blog because of work schedule.  Unfortunately I lost many offers , so now I decided to be active again and put some effort to have extra time for my writing passion.  To all my readers that never stop to visit this blog thank you so much...

MIAMI VICE

Thanks to Wm Rowe We were recently invited to an 80’s party for our friends 40th birthday. Of course, the objective was to come up with the coolest, most representative outfit there. We racked our brains for hours. Being just toddlers and early elementary kids in the 80’s we had to search history to revive the past. Most of our memories were or the 90’s which were equally as eye catching. We finally stumbled upon the shows our parents watched when we were young. The first one we thought of was Miami Vice. Wouldn’t Crockettand Tubbs make a sultry mark on any party? The thought of it just makes me want to rush out on a Miami beach in my white Armani suit and turquois t-shirt and bring back style at its best. I wonder if satelivetv has a channel that still airs the reruns? Did you know that Macy’s even ran a Miami Vice line when the show was popular? That was definitely more affordable than the cars they drove. So now our search is on for the famous look that the 80’s just couldn’t shake.

CHILDHOOD OBESITY AND TV

Thanks for the guest post by Jonathan Curtis I recently heard Michelle Obamaspeak about Childhood Obesity in America, and she offered some good strategies on how to address it. I think, however, the first step should be to eliminate how much tv is available to kids, because we know that when you watch tv, you aren’t active. All you have to do is go to DIRECTV.com and browse the listings and you will see show after show geared toward children. It didn’t use to be that way. When I was a kid, it was just Saturday mornings, really, that kids’ tv programs were even on. Now that have shows available for kids to watch from the time they wake up in the morning until the time they go to bed at night. I know this is a free country, and we have free speech and all that, so I don’t know if this could even be changed, but it sure seems to me like a big root of the problem. You can say it is up to parents to regulate, but most parents aren’t.
